Holistic Nutritional Herbal Consultation
A herbal consultation will consist of a 1-2 hour comprehensive intake meeting and a second 45 min meeting about a week later. The first will be to review the client’s medical history, eating habits and current lifestyle. The followup meeting may include dietary, lifestyle, supplement and herbal suggestions to support a healthy and vibrant life. Most protocols will include suggested use of an individualized herbal extract and/or tea formula.

Acute/Follow Up Consultation
A Follow Up consultation is provided for established clients who would like their protocols to be reevaluated or changed or who are experiencing an acute issue. Follow Up Consultations are only valid within the first 6 months of a comprehensive intake. If more time has passed since initial visit it is recommended a full review be done.
Cost $40 per hour

Average cost of Tincture is $8 per ounce plus cost of bottle
Average cost of Tea is $5.00 per oz. Extra charge if you wish the formula to be sealed into individual tea bags.

JIN SHIN JYUTSU is the Art of releasing tensions which are the causes for various symptoms in the body. Our bodies contain several energy pathways that feed life into all of our cells. When one or more of these paths become blocked, this damming effect may lead to discomfort or even pain. This blockage or stagnation will not only disrupt the local area but will continue and eventually disharmonize the complete path or paths of the energy flow.
Through Jin Shin Jyutsu our awareness is awakened to the simple fact that we are endowed with the ability to harmonize and balance ourselves (in rhythm with the universe) physically, mentally and spiritually.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an art as opposed to a technique because a technique is a mechanical application, whereas an art is a skillful creation. This beautiful, simple Art is our inheritance.

Usui Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Cost: $60 per hour or a Package of 3 for $150. Most sessions last an hour.

Reiki Attunements
Reiki is an easy and wonderful technique to learn and practice. If you are already a Reiki Practitioner I welcome you to the area and invite you to join us for a rejuvenating experience.
I have been a Usui Reiki Master since 2007 and a Reiki Practitioner since 2005.
I am offering training and attunements for all 3 Levels + Master Teacher: Classes can be scheduled based on availability and number of students. Bring two or more students and receive a discount 10% (per person) on your Level training.
Level I $50 Open yourself to the Reiki Energy. Level I allows you to work on yourself and others.
Level II Distance Healing for $250 (must already be a Level I)
Level III Master Energy Level, $300 (must already be a Level II)
Level III Master Teacher, Ability and knowledge to attune others to all levels. $600 If I have already attuned you to Level III the cost will only be $300.
